LONDON (AFX) - Property group Crest Nicholson PLC said it has formed a joint
venture with BioRegional Quintain Ltd to promote and develop up to 51 affordable
and 121 open market units in the New England Quarter in Brighton.
The development will be an environmentally sustainable project designed
to achieve an Ecohomes rating of "Excellent".
The company said its unit Crest Nicholson (South East) Ltd will establish a
joint venture company with BioRegional, which will acquire the site and secure
planning permission before jointly developing the scheme.
