There doing all they can to get investor to chase the price... Be patient hold steady let them bring it to you, and if they don't, it's ok, it's not the end of the world. With the CAT system the trade is followed through its entire life cycle given specific order numbers and where it is at in its life cycle. "They" don't like this type of transparency because they cannot label short shares long, not do trade swaps, married puts, sham resets, flex options, wash sales, or buy rights. It really funks them up~! Don't know about dark pool stuff, but it probably screws them that way as well.

Question has to be asked, why are they fighting the CAT system so hard if they too want transparency in the markets~?

It is obvious transparency is the last thing they want. They would rather sign an AWC form so the felony goes away as though it never happened then pay a small fine in comparison to the money they stole. They can use the fine as a tax write off too. So ultimately taxpayers pay for their crimes. It's a win win for them. Hopefully CAT will change all that crap~!

FINRA needs to abolish the AWC. People need to go to JAIL for felonies committed.
DTC needs to abolish the CNS program that allows these crooks to "borrow" any amount of shares of any ticker in order to
take ticker prices down or use manipulation to ride tickers up.
Rule 203b-1 and 2, fill before locate, needs to be abolished as well.

i have a price in mind that i'm waiting for. i may miss out but i really think it will get there. shorts seem to like all time lows and to put 100% of shareholders at a losing position especially now that its getting close to crunch time. i feel i have about a month of waiting if it gets there but if not, i''l buy at the current market price if the squeeze hasn't happened. i have nothing to lose except an opportunity lost.
